Two hectares of the estate are planted with olive trees. The orchards, at 300 m above sea level, are planted with different varieties of olive trees including Leccino and Frantoio. The olives are pressed within the day after harvesting after being picked by hand between the 10th and 30th of November. The extra virgin oil is green with golden yellow highlights, with an intense aroma of foliage, artichoke and wild cardoon. Its flavour is harmonious and balanced, containing hints of sweet almond.
